SHIPPING & RETURNS
An order will be shipped depending on multiple factors. Some of the products will be prepared and packed only after the order is received. Such products may take 2 to 5 days to be dispatched. Whereas those products which are readily available will be shipped within 24 hours.
All shipments will be done through third party carriers. We give our shipments to trusted courier partners. Tracking link is available in home page and orders page which will redirect you to the third party tracking website. Please paste your tracking number/Order ID provided to know the status of your delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of your cart. Note that Shipping weight is not same as the product weight. Charges will be visible before you checkout your cart.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1.'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.'
2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
3. In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, spices7 may either process a replacement of the particular content or issue an amount equivalent to the price of the missing/damaged content.
4. If you have received a product which has expired before the date receive, you are eligible for a refund if you report the matter within 2 days.
5. For all cases -Window: 2 Days, Actions possible: Refund Only
6. A refund will be approved only if you submit proper evidence for the justified reason.
7. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account or original method of payment within 24 hours. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your banker's policies.
