For better service , we recommend to sign in into your spices7 account before you create your order. You can sign in using your Google or Facebook account. When you are signed in, you will be able to view your orders and tracking details from your account. You can also modify your details in your account page.
In case you place an order without signing in to spices7, you can contact us through various channels for any of your queries. A chat option is available on the right bottom corner of the page where you can raise your concern. You are assured a reply within 30 mins. You can also contact the customer care by phone for quick help.
Apart from the above, you can raise your query through the form available in 'contact us' page or email us on the contact email provided.
